These terms apply to orders placed on this site with Carter Clothing N Fashion LLC.

Orders

An order is confirmed when payment is received and you get a confirmation email. Many of our pieces are one of a kind; if a piece turns out to be unavailable after you have paid, we will tell you promptly and refund you in full.

Prices

Prices are in US dollars. Sales tax and shipping are shown before you pay.

Our pieces

Our pieces are cut and finished by hand from denim and other fabrics, so small variations in wash, colour and finish are part of the work and not a fault. Colours may look slightly different on your screen.

Custom orders

Pieces made to your order are agreed with you directly, including price, timing and whether they can be returned.
